If you are looking for a particular item (either antique or new) that you can't find in our store, please contact our special request department. Online Orders

Online orders can be placed using our secure online shopping cart system sponsored by Yahoo. Just click on the "Order" button next to the item you are interested in and it will be automatically added to your shopping cart. Then use your Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or American Express to check out when you are finished shopping.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are for the United States. Customers in Puerto Rico and Canada please contact us for shipping costs. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the items you order. Rates quoted are for ground shipping. Ground shipping includes UPS, FedEx and/or USPS priority mail. Overseas shipping is available - please contact us for rates.

Express shipping available on many items - please call for a quote. Free shipping promotional offers can not be used for express shipping orders. Express shipping is only available for orders shipped within the continental U.S.A.

Many items we ship do not weigh in at what is posted in the shopping cart. We have had to use a minimum OVERSIZE package weight for these items. (For example a lamp does not weigh 30 lbs, but due to the size of the package it is the weight that the shipping charge equals out to.) Pricing of shipping for your order is based on the weight of the order.

The shipping cost for cowboy tubs, saddles, snowshoes, and other oversized items is extra due to the above size restrictions by the carriers. Free shipping promotional offers are not valid on these and other antique items.

Most items will ship within 2 to 3 business days. Some of the products we sell may be shipped directly from one of our distributors. If you order more than one item you may receive your order in separate deliveries.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We welcome international orders and can ship either express air or economy. International customers please notify us via email when placing orders. The shipping rates calculated when purchasing off our web site are for USA customers only. Also our free shipping promotional offer does not apply for international order. Shipping rates for international customers may be higher than the rates charged on our site. Insurance will be purchased for all international orders. If an international customer receives damaged merchandise then it is up to the international customer to file any insurance claims. We will not provide refunds or replacements for any merchandise shipped overseas that becomes damaged in the shipment process.

SALES TAX

Sales tax only applies to customers purchasing within the state of Kansas.

REFUND POLICY

Customer satisfaction is very important to us.

If an item is damaged, we will replace it or refund the purchase price plus shipping if a replacement is unavailable, as long as we are notified within 5 days after merchandise has been received.

If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you purchased from our site, we will refund your money excluding the shipping fees and a 4% restocking fee for any returned credit card orders to cover the cost of credit card processing, unless the item(s) you are returning are damaged. The shipping and insurance fees incurred when returning your merchandise will not be reimbursed by us unless the item(s) you are returning are damaged. If your package was originally shipped for free the actual shipping cost will still be subtracted from your refund. Insurance must be purchased to cover the full price of the merchandise that is being returned. A return authorization code must be obtained from us before the merchandise can be returned. This number must be written on the outside of the package in order for us to accept your return. The merchandise must be adequately packed before returning. Please e-mail us at customerservice@loghomeaccents.com before returning merchandise to obtain the correct return address and return authorization code for your package. Refunds may be issued by check or credit card reimbursement within 15 business days of receiving returned item(s). Returns must be made within 14 days after merchandise is received and must be returned in original packaging. Custom orders, special orders, clearance products, close-out products, discontinued items and bulk orders are non refundable.

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

From time to time, we may provide promotional offers such as discounts or free services. The promotional offers are only valid from the time they are issued to the expiration date advertised in the ad. To take advantage of these offers a coupon code must be used when ordering. Customers can not use more than one coupon code per order (can not take advantage of two different promotional offers for the same order). Free shipping promotional offers are only valid for orders shipped within the contiguous U.S.A. and does not apply to antiques.

CANCELED ORDERS

A 5% fee may be charged for any canceled order. The purpose of this fee is to recover bank charge fees related to the transaction. This fee will not apply to any returned merchandise or merchandise a customer receives in damaged condition.
